OEM Colors available for BMW, Porsche, Lexus, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Ferrari, and Rolls Royce — Suitable for Leather & Vinyl
This is the original Leatherique® Formula Water Based Leather Dye, not a paint.
This is the dye you heard about in the 1960's but could not find.
The one and only complex co-polymer formula that is imitated (but not equalled) by others.
Leatherique® Leather Dye #5 leaves your leather feeling supple and looking luxurious and new.
Available in a handy brush wipe on formula for the do-it-yourselfer.
Developed in 1963 for the Classic Car Market but perfect way to salvage an old leather item (saddle, tack, leather couch, leather brief case) that is irreplaceable.
This dye will also provide outstanding results on vinyl.
Selecting The Right Color
We sell the dyes on an individual color basis, but most dyes will need to be color matched. OEM colors are never the same on an old car with sun fade, dirt, etc. over a period of time. We don't advise trying to get an OEM color without color matching unless you are doing the whole car. For "Touch Ups" we always recommend matching with a sample, a headrest is ideal. VIN number colours just don't work from our long experience.
Again, please note: ALL OEM Colors are ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER colors per each make. Due to dirt, wear, and sun fade, VERY RARELY WILL THESE MATCH WHAT IS ON YOUR CAR. We strongly recommend adding custom color matching to your order, unless you are redoing the entire vehicle.
Color Matching
For color matching, we need a minimum 3cm x 3cm sample of leather or vinyl to match against. A headrest is ideal. Please post the sample to us along with a printed copy of your order confirmation email. Call us or contact us for more details, or if you have any questions about your specific vehicle.
